Why should not we question Rajiv Gandhi’s complicity in Bhopal aftermath Mr. Manish Tiwari? What is ‘unpatriotic’ about it?

CONgress party is full of too ‘clever by half Lawyers’ of all hues, colors, size and sexes. Manish Tiwari MP from Ludiana, Punjab is one of them. Unfortunately for him he is also spokesman for the party which more often than not, finds self in a soup.

CONgress has been facing flak from all directions for its ‘confirmed’ role in making Warren Anderson escape for good from the law of land. Now since we all know almost every detail about his arrest, flight to New Delhi by MP Govt’s state plane. It is also in public knowledge that the then foreign secretary had arranged a meeting of his (Warren Anderson) with the then President Giani Zail Singh and then Home Minister PV Narsimha Rao. Thereafter he was allowed to fly back to the safe and secure confines of his Home back in USA.

Now all the above are facts which even the CONgress is not denying and so are the sequences of events too are not challenged by them either. Main players are all CONgress men too. Both @ centre and in MP CONgress party was in power. So what and where is the confusion and why responsibility for letting off WA is not fixed? Here it is where CONgress party is in a dilemma.

Dilemma is: How to salvage Rajiv Gandhi’s reputation or whatever is left of that. Because all fingers lead to only one direction – for this all sordid drama around arrest of WA and thereafter   allowed to go free- and that is in Rajiv Gandhi’s. No one is willing to buy that Arjun Singh acted on his own and Rajiv had nothing to do with it. Rajiv had Foreign portfolio too so it is bizarre to think he knew nothing when his own Foreign Secretary was involved? And this I say assuming he didn’t know as PM then!But then, this ‘excuse’ again is not a good reflection on him. If I remember right then he was President of CONgress party too.

To make matters worse CONgress party leaders outwit other fellow CON men by issuing statements of all types of contradictory to others. But most damning one is from one PM (Pranab Muherjee) who would never be PM (Prime Minister). This is a subject of one full blog, some other time. Pranab Da made a statement that Arjun Singh took this decision to send WA out of Bhopal for worsening Law and Order situation in the city. It is laughable even if we believe this was the case. But then India is huge and they could have locked up WA anywhere safe and presented to court.

In short, CONgress and its minions are finding it extremely difficult to sound ‘authentic’ while trying to salvage Rajiv Gandhi’s sullied image. Matters become worse as Madame Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi’s pleasure is supreme most for CON men/women/Babas and Babes to ‘survive’ in party and share loot of public money. Hence the frustration. Frustration is more palpable for those who have to appear on 24X7 Nuisance channels as spokesperson for the Gandhi ‘Familia’.

Frustration and confusion is very hard to miss on the faces of Jayanti Natrajan and Manish Tiwari while defending indefensible. This despite the fact that, PadamShris Anchors of 24X7 Nuisance Channels are ‘equally’ sympathetic, if not more to the Madame. To wriggle out of this very difficult situation these spokespersons have resorted to ‘inanities’ of all hues.

Latest one is from Liar Lawyer spokesman of CONgress Mr. Manish Tiwari.   Mr. Manish says that,

“Those blaming Rajiv Gandhi on Bhopal issue not patriotic”.

Now this is rich, indeed! Since when questing a PM has become synonyms with Patriotism?

Manish says,

“Rajiv Gandhi or his government had nothing to do with it. It is baseless and cheap to insinuate that a Prime Minister, who had to sacrifice his mother just one and half month ago (before assuming his office) and then sacrificed his own life five years later for the nation’s integrity, allowed somebody to escape out of the country under any pressure (from the US),”

Please note,

“a Prime Minister, who had to sacrifice his mother just one and half month ago (before assuming his office) and then sacrificed his own life”

If this is what are his drafting skills than Lawyer Manish’s clients better be aware.

Now look at another gem from one All India Women Congress chief Prabha Thakur! In a statement she strongly objected to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi seeking a reply from Congress President Sonia Gandhi on the Bhopal issue.

She says,

“Modi’s move to seek a reply from Gandhi on this issue is a cheap attempt to mislead people of the country… people know that Gandhi had no connection with politics 25 years ago,”

Outright Stupid! Sonia is now the Whole Sole Mallik of CONgress party and it is in this capacity she should clarify her CONgress party and Rajiv Gandhi’s (then PM and her late Husband) role and complicity in whole saga.

Idiocy of the LadyThakur is amazing! She says,

“They are now politicising the issue, which is like applying salt instead of balm to the wounds of the victims. People know Modi’s politics of baking bread on the pyres.”

May I ask these CONgress spokes person one question? What is to politicize? These stupid parrots each time when u ask them ‘Do not politicize issue’. Be it rising prices, foreign policy blunders, ministers corruption, farmers suicide, subversion of democratic institutions or/and anything which is directly related to public and affects them, These worthies have a stock reply ‘do not politicize’. What to politicize then, Idiots? Yours or my ass? Huh!

Her reference to Narrender Bhai Modi as

“People know Modi’s politics of baking bread on the pyres.”

Her own rhetoric Boomerang on her and CONgress. It was CONgress party PM and CM who traded tragic death of 15000 INDIANS by setting free A FOREIGNER who was and is principally responsible for their deaths. Sonia led CONgress had let go Italian Mr. Q too.

Country has a right to know WHY and for HOW MUCH CON party’s PM and CM traded off 15000 dead Indians keeping the interest of Foreigner Businessman’s interest over dead INDIANS.

Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi will have to answer better sooner than later.

If questioning Rajiv Gandhi is ‘unpatriotic’ so I am unpatriotic like billion plus others. I do not need a certificate from a MORON like Manish Tiwari Huh!  Period.

I am not sure what and how much Islam has contributed to the modern science, but sure I am that the religion of Piece (no spell mistake) has used science to perfect the art of killing Kafirs.

Not long ago we were introduced to Al Queda ‘Ass’assin brigade followed by ‘Penis Bomber’ now they are perfecting Bosom Bombers!!!!

Among all the above mentioned Great Islamic Bombers I am very concerned about ‘The Penis Bombers’! Why, you ask? Well what the fuck ‘Penis Bomber’ would do in Heaven -with all those 72 ‘eternal virgins’ and beautiful ‘kohl’ eyed hairless boys- with their ‘penises’ blown away!

Preamble: This is an earnest appeal to bring Back Shiv Raj ‘Zombie’ Patil as first anniversary of 26/11 approaches. I submit my case for ‘Zombie’s’ Political Rehabilitation, please consider.

As the first anniversary of Mumbai Mayhem is approaching, so has the Padamshris of MSM packed their bags and have camped in Mumbai. This Padamshri ‘tweeted’ “off to mumbai with half- a voice, for we the people! hoping to see some of you at the show, and others later on twitter. have a great day.”

Well who could have any objection (except Raj) for anyone to go anywhere in India, leave alone Indians any Rana, Hadlee, Bhatt can go anywhere; do whatever… for, we are ‘Socialist, Secular, Liberal, Progressive Society’ constantly under watch by our ever so efficient 24X7 ‘Sec-Soc’ MSM. So if our Padamshris and not yet decorated Media Gurus go and camp at Ground Zero, no one should have any grudge – especially I do not have any.

For I understand first anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai Mayhem is ‘VERY BIG MEDIA EVENT’ and like any other Professional Company MSM too has the right to milk the EVENT to it’s fullest.

However, I can foretell what we are going to serve with…

One Padamshri will hold ‘her’ Darbaar at Gate way of India with same set of people (who we saw last time lighting candles) appearing, saying same things they said last time.

Same Home Minister (Patil who was sacked then’ is back now) will mumble same inanities he mumbled last time.

Same lesson how the ‘Resilience’ of Mumbai is legendry and blah blah…

Same channels, same stories, same gory music in background, same footage of same events along with the same commentary of same anchors. Phew!!!!!!!!!

Same crocodile tears, same sermons about communal harmony, same theories about foreign hands – Now this is especially important for them to emphasize as a Son of a Motor Mouth Secularist too figures in investigation making it imperative for MSM to delink him of any wrong doing, if only to salvage the ‘secularists’ bruised ‘exaggerated ego’ in public eyes.

Equally sure  same time I am that the famous whipping boy of MSM, Narrender Bhai Modi would find more than ample scorn thrown at him for “Gujarat Holocaust”, HOLOUCAST!!!! Right Mr. PM? As we are to believe that terrorism of secular variety started from then on!

Some New Ideas for the First Anniversary of Mumbai Mayhem are however being implemented too.

Saw AB Jr. exhorting people to call each other for one hour (8.36 Pm to 9.36 Pm on 26/11/2009) that day as he ensures us that revenue earned will be given to victims. BUT then this IDEA is of a famous cellular company and they might be right (Sic!) in exploring public sentiments- if not to earn profit, for some publicity at least. These days- in any way- MSM ad slots are high and this stunt is far cheaper.

(One thing, lest I forgot, did you notice that how much RS. Are added to your phone bill when you send an SMS to News Channels? I DID AND THAT IS BIG FAT RS. FIVE. Got It? Where the normal SMS charge is 1.50 Rs. Alone! So who is making a kill?  Wonder why every TV Anchor asks you to SMS them Y/N for each stupid question? Scandalous! Need to be investigated.)

Now my point is: nothing has changed since then and nothing will ever. So why punish ‘Zombie’ Patil alone?

Last time faithful MSM had spread the public anger against the inefficient Congress Govt both at State and Center over the entire Political Class thus diluting the anger against Congress Govts. And that was a very cleaver and smart move by MSM- led by PadamShris (whom you (Sonia) blessed) from front. Move paid and MSM’s Favorite party is back in power again- so nothing has changed. Not even the public.

Now even if for a change we will see Same State Home Minister (who was sacked for his failure by your good self) paying tributes to those brave hearts!  Then what has the poor ‘Zombie’ Patil done? Therefore my humble submission is to Please bring back Shiv Raj ‘Zombie’ Patil – if not as Union Minister of Home then as Governor of Maharashtra at least.

As this is a farce alone, so why not complete it by including Shiv ‘Zombie’ Patil?

Why should only poor ‘Zombie Patil’  be deprived of the ‘Gala Media Event’? Is it fair?

Renuka Chowdhury: Minister for ‘Pink Chaddis’ or ‘Woman and Child development’ ?

Union Minister for Women and Child Development Renuka Chowdhury is the fire spewing ‘Young’ leader of Congress and most visible and vocal champion of Woman rights. You can spot her almost on daily basis on any of 24X7 channels espousing the cause of Womanhood. 

Her passionate defense of ‘Pink Chaddi Woman Folk’ and her zeal to see that more and more woman too become ‘Pub Going Loose and Forward’ (excuse me ladies, whatever you call selves as) was too fantastic. If Gandhi Ji had given a call of ‘Jail Bharo’ then, her call of ‘Pub Bharo’ was too ingenious. She has secured self a place in history. I was amazed to see her tarring the whole of Manglore natives by saying “’Mangalore has been Talibanised.” It is different matter that Manglorians were not amused by her’s  this senseless statement and the Mayor and otther prominient citizens filed a complaint prompting the Court to ask authorities to register a FIR against the union minister. 

Renuka has a proclivity for attracting publicity even at the expense of public and this is well known. She may well choose to support ‘Pink Chaddis’ or strive to see that more and more woman include PUB visit as a weekly schedule if not daily just as woman folk make a visit to Beauty parlor. 

But for that to happen Renuka as a minister will have to first ensure that no woman is forced to sell her Child to pay up Medical Bill (?) that too in Govt run Hospital. SHAME! 

SHAME INDEED!  This happens in the ‘Honorable Ministers’ own constituency. This following report is a slap on the face of Renuka Choudhury the ‘Honorable Union Minister’ for Women and Child Development. HUH!

Mom sells baby to pay ‘bribe’ in Renuka’s constituency 

Hyderabad: In a heart-rending incident, a young poverty-stricken single mother in Andhra Pradesh sold her newborn son to a childless couple for Rs 6,000 so that she could pay her medical bill in a Government hospital.

“My financial position is really bad,” a distraught looking Rajitha (20) who could not afford the Rs 2,000 hospital fee said from her bed at the Government area hospital in Kothagudem in Khammam district.

She delivered the baby by Caesarean section last week and the infant changed hands within 24 hours.

Police said they would take action against the hospital which also faces an inquiry whether its doctors took any money as bribe from the woman.

“Buying and selling a baby is an offence, so we will be booking cases,” Kothagudem revenue division officer P Rajaram said.

According to reports, a rickshaw driver friend gave the single mother Rs 6,000 for the baby, which he planned to bring up with his wife. The couple have no children.

The incident occurred in the parliamentary constituency of Union Minister of State for Women and Child development Renuka Chowdhury.

“At least, she is safe and at least the child is not dead and not killed. I think they are the most important things that we need to look at,” Chowdhury said.

The woman told the police who interrogated her that her husband had abandoned her and she had no means to support herself and a baby.

“We are also inquiring into the fact whether the doctor had asked for money (from the woman),” he added.

Welfare officials reportedly want the baby to be reunited with his mother so she can breastfeed him. They said the mother and child would then be shifted to a state-run facility where Rajitha can decide if she wants to put the baby up for adoption. 

I want to question Renuka Choudhury: Is this poor woman has no right to be defended by you? Or is it because she is not ‘Loose and forward Enough’ to merit your attention? Any Answer? 

Meantime, she got to sew her mouth and control often displayed ‘histrionics’ whenever she sees TV cameras.

Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi’s Congress party has no of legal luminaries (Lawyers) of all hues and sizes. Starting from the Law minister H R Bhardwaj to Kapil Sibal to Manu Singhvi to Now disowned Devil Advocate R K Anand to now day’s most visible advocate of the Congress   ‘Dynasty’  Manish Tiwari. 

One job all these great ‘Advocates ‘ relish doing is: Being spokesman for the Dynasty. Louder the better. Facts, Truth, Probity and now even very basic and common knowledge too is discounted when the matters come to defending the ‘Goddess of Sacrifice’ and her – not so young anymore – 38 year old Clown Crowned Prince Rahul. 

Congress’s spokesperson Manish Tiwari is a lawyer by profession and nowadays chief proctor  of Rahul’s ‘foot in mouth’ disease. His (Manish Tiwari) oratory is in no doubt neither his lung power can be underestimated; but what about some General Knowledge? 

 Ummmm… I think he should spend some time reading his kid’s books or some easy goggle search too would be of immense help before he shoots his mouth next time. 

Manish in his zeal to match Modis ‘veiled’ reference to Rahul as ‘aquarium fish’ said,

If Rahul is like a fish in the aquarium, then Modi is ‘piranha’ who devoured human beings.

Now did Modi say any thing  wrong? No. 

Though NaMo (Narrendera Modi)  did not name ‘Rahul’ specifically he pointed out to the deep rooted Dynastic culture in Congress and contrasted this with the BJP’s gen next leadership. Congress’s claims of youth leadership Rahul, Pilot, Prasad, Scindhia, Naveen Jindal, Priya Dutt all are in Congress not for being their on their own merit but only being sons and daughters of  past/present ‘Loyal Dynasty Servers’ of Congress. 

Contrast this with Arun Jaitley, Ravi Shankar, Sushama Swaraj, Narrendra Modi, Shiv Raj Chouhan, Mukhtaar abbass Naqui, Shahnawaj Hussein and many many more who are where they are due to their girth and determination and service to the nation. Same hold true for the Communists too. Be it Sitaram Yechury or Prakash Karat or any other leader in PB! They all are there due to their own efforts and work not because they were/are sons and daughters of some past/present party bigwigs. 

Point me one name who has reached where ever he/she is because his/her father, mother, uncle, aunty propelled them forward. 

Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi’s  ‘Congress’ is no different from Laloo, Mulayam, Paswan, Maya, AIADMK, DMK, TDP  etc. Theirs are small kiosks in a great ‘trade fare called Lok Sabha’ while Sonia head a Pvt. Ltd. Company with no stake of  ‘aam adami’ in it at all. 

After all Sonia’s  cheerleaders like these ‘lawyers’ should know how the Sonia’s Congress treated PV Narismhan Rao (only another non family Congress PM other than being LB Shastri and undisputedly among the best) or Sita Ram Kesari (who was ‘physically removed from office when Sonia decided to join politics) as President of Congress. 

Therefore Dynasty’s spokesperson ‘indignant outburst’  is ill placed and devoid of some basic knowledge too. Madame and Clown Crowned Prince deserve better ‘dynasty servers’  now on As they will be constantly engaged and challenged by bloggers often, after all the great Indian Tamasha ‘Elections’ are approaching fast and we (Bloggers)  too have a stake in that.

BTW at 38 Rahul is not young any more how about projecting Priyanka’s kids as next Gen leadership if age is what is so important for Congress! Wonder I and/or billion strong nation noticed no ‘greatness’ in action or deed of Clown Crowned Prince so far!

West Bengal's 'Durga Puja' gift to Gujarat

Finally wisdom dawned upon Ratan Tata and he decided to move to the ‘most happening’ industrial state ‘Gujarat’. No doubt Tata’s are the most Prudent industrial house. 

 

I read in some paper Ratan Tata saying somewhat ‘Bad M to Good M’ – meaning Bad Mamta to Good Modi – surmises all. 

Nano to Gujarat is the best ‘Durga Puja’ gift Mamta could have ever gifted to Gujaratis.  

Sure Mamta Baneerjee knows the perfect art of shooting self in ass foot. No one else can match her ‘Maverick Behavior’ displayed too often. For long time to come Mamta will have to carry the cross for denying the God send opportunity to the Bengali people. Some thing which could have brought West Bengal back to some semblance of sanity. Communist governments under Jyoti Basu – whom my Bengali friend refer to as “the worst thing ever happened to Bengal - systematically turned West Bengal from ‘Industrial Hub’ to ‘Graveyard of Industries’ to the point of no return. 

I do not feel sorry for Mamta, though I agree she is not the only one to blame. Perhaps Bengalis deserve the leaders they reelect elections after elections. Soory, for you folks. 

Now Gujarat has always been known for its ‘enterprising acumen’ and seldom will Gujaratis let an opportunity slip from their hands. They proved it yet again why they are the most Prudent Indians. Gujaratis demonstrated their ‘prudence’ by reelecting Narrendra Modi  first with a thumping majority despite all the odds, and Narrendra Bhai has proved his leadership by moving swiftly, efficiently and energetically. This is what a truly progressive leader should do.

Kudos to Gujaratis. Kudos to Narrendra Bhai Damodar Dass Modi. 

“What will be Nano known as from now on” a morning walker mate asked me in morning. NANO GUJARATI, I said jubilantly. 

“What color Nano be painted with?” he asked.

23rd December 2007 will be remembered for long and for all the right reasons. Some are…

1. Gujarat Won.

2. BJP Won.

3. Modi Won.

4. Nationalism Won.

5. INDIA WON.

This humble ‘you’re truly’ has witnessed this election from close quarters – keeping his ears grounded to earth and keeping eyes wide opened – have some insight, which I would like to share with you all

So starting from start…

Gujarat Won

Yes indeed! Who Else? Who Voted? Gujaratis voted and they voted for Modi and voted him ‘IN’ third time in succession. The vote is a ‘positive vote’.

BJP Won.

Of Course! Which party Modi was leading in this election? BJP, who else? Who you think those 2000 plus workers working day in day out and millions of supporters you saw on you TV screens, working for? BJP, of course. BJP unlike Congress (single family) is a party of mass workers.

Nareendra Modi Won.

Defying anti incumbency, demolishing the ‘Hate Modi Campaign’ unleashed by the ‘vested’ Media. Challenging the dissents from with in of a small section of ‘petty’ politicians including some ‘has been Greats’ of the party. Touring each and every constituency of Gujarat, establishing a one to one dialogue with his fellow Gujaratis. He emerged ‘Victorious’. “Veni, Vidi, Vici.” Truly and comprehensively.

Nareender Bhai Damodar Dass Modi’s sheer Determination + Dedication + Discipline outweighed all the ‘political machinations’ of all adversaries of all hues and colors.

My Salute to the ‘Man’. How I wish we had more men like Modi!

Nationalism Won.

Yes. Yes, each one of those who believe in Nationalism voted for a Nationalist.

India Won.

Let me say it in no uncertain terms that the ‘Idea of Bharat’ won with this win. (Shall elaborate it further in some another post as I am hard pressed for time and the subject is very vast).

In Short this win is not only a win for BJP or Modi in particular, but for us, We the People of India in general.

My Heartiest Congratulations

… To all Gujarati ‘Bhen and Bhai’ who voted decisively for a positive vote overcoming all other caste and religious considerations.

… To BJP for choosing Modi to spear head this election and to all my friends starting from Shri Arun Jaitely and his team to the boy who worked 24×7 to make this happen.

…To all those who have the ‘National Interest’ supreme most in their mind.

Victory will be incomplete with out the ‘special thanks’.
Lion’s share of thanks is reserved for the Mother, Son duo of Congress Pariwar (Sonia Family) for single handedly delivering this huge mandate to Modi. Thanks to their lackluster campaign and confused state of mind, Modi would not have been more pleased to find them working for his win. As a proverb goes that why should you kill some one who is hell bent to commit hara-kiri…so be it.

Sonia Ji did attract crowds – hugely exaggerated by ‘loyal’ media, but Balidaan Moorti just could not establish any ‘rapport’ with them. Attracting crowds is very easy especially when you have ‘White Skin’ but winning their confidence is another thing. In any case majority of Indians do look back at ‘foreigners with white skins’ in curiosity, but with suspicion in mind.

Even if we believe the ‘exaggerated’ reporting of crowds attending her rallies the question arises is where did this crowd vanish on the polling day? It reflects very poorly on Sonia, isn’t it? One is forced to believe that her so-called ‘charisma’ is nothing but the ‘Media Creation’.

Same for “Crown Prince” Rahul Baba. His “Road Shows” hogged most of the headlines and TV time, “He is attracting huge crowds”, we were told. “How a girl (With Muslim sounding name) kept waiting for hours just to have Rahul Baba’s Darshan”, were the flavor of the campaign.

But then what did it turn out to be…

Rahul Baba did two “Road Shows”, one in Surat city. All three seats of West Surat, East Surat and North Surat Congress lost to BJP, with huge margins.

Another “Road Show” in Baroda Rural, Cong lost to BJP…

Wonder, who Rahul Baba was campaigning for! Not Congress for sure!

BIG ‘Thanks’ Rahul JI.

This election will also be remembered for one single sentence that turned the whole election in BJP’s favor and both the ‘Reader’ and ‘Writer’ need to be thanked profusely.

Dec 1,2007. Sonia Ji thundered “Mout Ke Saudagar” and lo and behold it proved out to be nemesis of Congress, for whatever little prospects they ever had in the first place. Big Thanks To Sonia Ji for delivering it so effectively and Bigger thanks to ‘Javed Akhtar’ for writing it, really Gabbar Singh yaad aa gaya “Tera Kaya Hoga Kaliya…” By God! Thanks ‘Javed Bhai’.

Victory will still be incomplete with out the ‘very special thanks’ to the “Secular, Liberal and Progressive” Main Stream Media (MSM).

MSM ‘participated’ in this election as an ‘interested party’ – where as its mandate is to report objectively and truthfully- and they threw all their weight (!) behind the single objective to defeat MODI by ‘hook or by crook’! No tricks in their bag were spared, motivated sting operations, singularly biased reporting against Modi, questionable and motivated ‘exist’ polls, screaming headlines, breathless accusatory tone, etc. etc.

At times it seemed as if “they” were fighting elections against Modi!

But I still thank them for, but for their incessant ‘Hate Modi Campaign’; Modi probably would not have won with this margin.

Thanks MSM, well it is really amazing that, they still have not learnt the lessons and are still engaged in reading and seeing things which do not exist anywhere! Still they are engaged in peddeling some “fantastic theories” like their recent ‘rumblings’ about Modi won but BJP lost or Modi is bigger than BJP or BJP central leadership is threatened by Modi’s victory!!! These ‘guys’ surely live on some another planet.

Wise men say that ‘it is easy to wake up a person who is fast asleep, but you can not wake a person who is awake but pretending to sleep.’ This applies to MSM. MSM is on a self destruction mode. They are bitten numerous times, but still not shy!

Once again ‘Congratulations’ to Modi, his party, his co-workers, his team and all the people of Gujarat.

I hope and pray that Modi will come true to the expectations of millions of Gujaratis who have reposed such a faith and confidence in him.

Million others outside Gujarat too will be watching him and will subject him to close scrutiny. So it is all the more ‘imperative’ for him to prove his critics wrong and take Gujarat to new hights.

Yes, can say with some certainty that it was written by Javed (incidentally or by design it was ‘he’ who rushed to SC to file a complaint against Modi On Sohrabuddin comment).

>In some meeting- as an option –was decided that if Modi manages less than 100 seats, than he will not be CM but will gracefully refuse and a close confident women minister of his cabinet will be CM. No Names Please.

>BJP was smarter and ordered for Modi Masks as these were/are not covered under ‘Model Code of Conduct’ as per EC. Some smart thinking by BJP campaign managers as posters and banners were banned. Modi mask did make a great impact among voters.

We Simply Hate Modi: Media.

I am posting the unedited copy of the affidavit filed by Narrendra Modi,Chief Minister of Gujarat and a key contender for the post once again,as the Election process is on.

Your truly,had earlier pointed out to you how the “Main Stream Media” has unleashed all its might,against one man.In this post ‘suspected terrorists’ and in this another one ‘Frankly Speaking…’ I exposed the ‘conspiracy’ of the supposed to be a ‘secular,Liberal and Progressive’ media pundits.

Some people like Testa who have made ‘Modi Bashing’ as a full time career and a Javed Akhatar who gets selective pangs of ‘secularism’ – Please note,his heart did not melt when people (mostly Muslims) were butchered in Nandigram.!Because of this ‘Red Hands’ – rushed to EC and SC crying foul over Modi’s ‘alleged’ justification of Sohrabuddin’s encounter.

I Ask media if they are so interested in ‘liquidating’ Modi then why do they not come directly and fight against him electorally?

Since the day Modi filled his reply to the election commission,this same media has been ‘quoting’ and reporting very selectively.I believe that more than a lie it is the half truth or selective truth which is more dangerous. So here I publish the unedited copy of the affidavit.

Interestingly Congress has chosen to keep the affidavit a secrete -which they filled,after a notice was served to them only after Modi had submitted his reply on Dec.8th for a notice served for a comment he is ‘alleged’ to have made on Dec.6th while the notice to Sonia was served on 8th.Dec for the comment she made on Ist.Dec (Well, well Well!!)

Would Congress make their affidavit public? If yes then when? And if not,then why? What is that they are hiding?

Subject: Your Notice dated 6th December 2007 to Shri Narendra Modi, Chief Minister, Gujarat State.

Sir,

I am in receipt of your notice dated 6th December 2007 wherein on the basis of the media reports and a complaint dated 5th December 2007 filed by Teesta Setalvad, I am alleged to have made an open exhortation to violence and misused of religion for political ends. The Election Commission has further stated that by linking the name of Sohrabuddin to terrorism in my speech amounts to indulging in activity which may aggravate existing differences, creating mutual hatred and causing tension between different communities .I deny this charge in its entirety.

1. The Commission has acted on the basis of a complaint which alleges that my stand is contrary to what the State of Gujarat has stated in its affidavit before the Supreme Court. The basis of the complaint appears to be a report dated 5th December 2007 of the Times of India by one Shri Prashant Dayal. The relevant extract in the Times of India reads as under:

Modi…….you tell what should be done to Sohrabuddin?
People at the rally: Kill him, kill him.
Modi: Well, that is what I did. And I did what was necessary.”

The last sentence of the report of the Times of India has generated controversy in the whole nation. Television Channels and News Papers have made comments to the effect that I have stated that ‘Sohrabuddin got what he deserved’, or that ‘it is a confessional statement by me’ or that ‘Modi has justified a murder’. All other news papers cuttings which the Commission has taken into account are dated 6th December 2007, which do not report my speech delivered on 4th December, 2007 but are comments inspired by false imputation in the Times of India. This last sentence is not reflected in the CD as having been used by me.

2. ‘The Statesman’ dated 6th December 2007 quoted me as having said –
“he (Sohrabuddin) has got what he deserved”: The Hindustan Times of 6th December quoted me as saying “Well then, that’s it.” I had on 6th December 2007, immediately after receiving Election Commission’s notice requested that I may be supplied copy of the CD of the speech and also various inputs which have influenced the issuance of the notice. I have since received the copy of CD on the evening of 7th December 2007 at 5.45 p.m. I find none of the above statements are contained in my speech as recorded in the CD. The .E.C. notice is issued on the basis of unverified and false media reports.

3 As I am also involved in a campaign I am sending this as a preliminary reply, which I am sure would satisfy the Election Commission with regard to the contents of my speech. Before I answer specifics raised in the notice and the complaint, I wish to state that India is governed by Rule of law and Constitution. I am entitled to my right of free speech. Free and fair election involves a debate on the political issues in the market place of politics. When statements are made by political opponents, others are entitled to reply to them. The tone and content of the statement must necessarily adhere to the Model Code of Conduct. I wish to categorically state that I regard the Election Commission as a constitutional authority under an obligation to ensure free and fair election which will also defend my right of free speech against those who have started hate campaign against me.

4. On 1st December 2007, AICC President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi visited Gujarat and referred to me by suggesting those who are ruling Gujarat are “liars, dishonest and merchants of fear and death (Maut-ke-Soudagar).” On 3rd December 2007, AICC General Secretary Mr. Digvijay Singh visited Gujarat and referred to it as a State which has unleashed “Hindu terrorism.” The newspapers reported these statements extensively. Separate complaints with regard to the violation of the Code of Conduct were sent to the Election Commission by the Gujarat Unit of BJP. No action has been taken against those responsible for these statements by the Election Commission. I am sure the Election Commission would at least now proceed to take action on those reports.

5. One of the critical issues in our country is the problem of terrorism. India has lost the lives almost 90,000 of innocent citizens and security personnel in the last 17 years to terror. In the last four years, 5,619 innocents have been killed by the terrorist. The Government of Gujarat has a strong policy against terrorism. I believe that UPA and Congress party is indulging in Vote Bank politics and have sent soft signals on terrorism. My party and I have repeatedly made these charges against the Congress Party. In Gujarat only one life has been lost in the last four years through terror. This is a result of our strong policy against terrorism. The Nation and the people of Gujarat are entitled to witness a fair debate on terrorism. If any of the view point is censored or not permitted it will be interference in the right of free speech. Our Constitution and the election commission’s obligation to conduct free and fair election will not extend to preventing me from expressing my strong views against terrorism..

6 My speech, therefore, has to be read entirely in this context. It was a political response to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi referring to me as those who rule the Gujarat as a ‘Mout-ke-saudagar’. Surely it cannot be policy of the Election commission first to ignore the violation of the Code of Conduct in her statement and then censor my political response to that statement. I have gone through my speech on the CD supplied. It is merely a response to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi calling me “Mout-ka-Saudagar”.

7. This part of my speech was entirely against terrorism. I criticized the Congress President for calling me a ‘Maut Ka Saudagar´. I responded that the “Maut Ka Saudagar” are all those who attacked parliament It is the Congress party which is delaying the execution of the guilty accused. I have made a reference to the Sohrabuddin’s case and mentioned the allegations against him. I have accused the Congress of suggesting that I have engineered a fake encounter. I said that I am open for any action on this count. At no point of time I have either justified the specific encounter of Sohrabuddin’s case, nor have I used the specific inculpatery sentences used in the Times of India Report. It is clear that my comment is a part of my speech where on several occasions I have put questions to the audience which the audience has answered. It is my political response to Smt. Gandhi’s allegation that I am Maut-ka-Sodagar. I have replied back alleging that the Congress party is helping those who have spread terrorism in the country. It is clear that Times of India’s article which began this controversy, invented my comment to the effect “Modi: Well that is what I did. And I did what was necessary”. The CD clearly indicates that this sentence was an invention of author and not the orator. The comments in the media that ‘Modi justified murder’ or that ‘he made confessional statement’ as being privy to murder or that Modi declared in the meeting that ‘Sohrabuddin got what he deserved’ do not find a mention in the CD.These are journalistic inventions intended to engineer a ‘Hate Modi’ campaign and not evidenced in the CD supplied by the Election Commission. My criticism in the media was concocted and engineered by this ‘Hate Modi’ Campaign. No where in my speech have I explicitly referred to the religion of any person. I have spoken against terrorism. It is not my speech but the complaint which assumes terrorism is linked to a religion.

8 Am I to be prevented from giving my point that terrorism will not be allowed on the soil of Gujarat or that Congress is soft on the terrors and thereby helping “Maut-ka-Sodagar” If Election Commission imposes any such regulation, it would offend our constitutional values and my right of free speech. At no stage I have controverted the affidavit filed by the Gujarat Government in the Supreme Court of India. I have already clarified my position that I do not support fake encounters. Encounters can occur but there should be no fake encounters. I have nowhere tried to prejudice any pending litigation. I am fully committed to the enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct by the Election Commission and shall comply with it. I believe that the Election Commission should not be misled by motivated media reports which are based on falsehood.

I, therefore, request the Election Commission to withdraw this notice.

So this time too, I do not, and I dare bring out truth with what had “actually been said by whom and what,” and what “exactly” the ‘MSM’ has been defending or avoiding to air,as it is not “politically correct” or they are just being “economical” with the truth! So much for their “objectivity” and “fairness”!!!

I carry no ‘cross’ or ‘burden’ of being “fair and objective”. I speak what I think and I never make/made a claim that it is/was ” The Gospel Truth”,very unlike these 48 X 7 Channels.

Lest, you all forget, your truly had published the details about Modi’s, alleged speech just a day after Modi did not say what the MSM attributed to him,subsequently making such a hue and cry.Not surprisingly they never made any reference to this, allow me to post the actual ‘footage’ of these ‘secular Brigade’ as shown- by mistake and only once since then, unlike the Modi speech repeatedly shown- unlucky for them, I managed to tap/tape it.

Suspected Terrorist

This is what Narrender Modi
asked from the people at an election rally in Munger, Gujarat.

“Congress in Gujarat is raising its voice on the
Sohrabuddin issue. But, it should explain to the people what should be done to
a man who stored illegal arms and ammunition. You tell me, what should have
been done to Sohrabuddin?”

This is how people responded…

“The rally echoed with shouts of “Kill him,
kill him.”

This is what Modi said after
that…

“Well, that is it.”

Now judge yourself which part of this is ‘hate’ mongering as the ‘Secular and Liberal’ media has unleashed a media war on Modi!

I have a question to anyone who cares to answer …
How should a ‘suspected terrorist’ be handled? Especially when he is armed to the teeth and ready to kill?Should ‘security’ forces shoot and kill him or wait till ‘he the terrorist’ shoots down some of them!

The Sohrabuddin case is pending before the Supreme Court and truth will be out soon.

What I am amazed to see is the ‘phony outrage’ over the
‘alleged’ remarks Modi is said to have made!Since the first day of ‘campaign’ Modi consciously avoided commenting any thing, which might be construed as ‘communal’ or hate, filled. His focus was on largely ‘development’ and his achievements.

This was what was ‘haggling’ Congress and ‘Secularists’ to no end. They had no debating points over Modi on the developmental issues. That was too inconvenient for them.

So then descended the ‘Baliddan Morti’ Maa Sonia Ji on the scene and called Modi a ‘Mout Ka Soudagar’ (merchant of death), so in this context (I believe Modi walked straight in to the trap laid by the Congress) while addressing a rally at Munger the above mentioned conversation took place.

I see nothing wrong in Modi asking what he asked the
people gathered there. Equally, I fail to understand how does a criminal – A Muslim too, incidentally – is equated with all the Muslims! How could the ‘secularists’ equate all Muslims with some one like a Sohrabuddin! Is he a Hero for the Muslims?

Well to my ‘dismay’, he is being made one. Just as the ‘Super Secularists’ Laloo and Ram Vilas Paswan made an ‘Osama’ look alike as a ‘mascot’ and took him around in the last Bihar elections!

I earnestly urge my Muslim friends…Bhai, it is these ‘fake’ secularists who are
bringing you more harm than the ‘communalists’ like me. Be wary of their
designs.

As for terrorists… ‘A Bullet in Head’ is the answer. My heart does not bleed for ‘terrorists’ and those who are inhuman – have no human rights.

Lets us be clear in our mind that a ‘terrorist’ will not think twice before blowing away innocent men, women and children. They are out there to kill you and your families. They are not worthy of these tender ‘emotions’ you have in your heart. A terrorist is a terrorist and nothing else but a terrorist.

Sita, Taslima and Me.

 

Our Dear Sitaram Yechury ‘dutifully’ writes a column in the ‘Congress Sponsored’ rag, which ‘allegedly’ they call as a newspaper. “The Hindustan Times”!? Which is in fact nothing more than ‘The Congress Times’ or worst ‘The Bash BJP Times’.

Very aptly the ‘Tele Communist’ calls his column ‘Left Hand Drive’ as of course, ‘Left Just Can’t be Right’. I read his columns for the great comic relief and this time too he does not disappoint.

This week the focus of his ire is Taslima and all those who are advocating for her. I can quite understand his ‘frustration’ as his party CPI (Marauders) has been under some ‘severe’ scrutiny from all sides for their ‘confirmed’ role in the mayhem in Nandigram.

Normally, I would have just read it- in loo; smiled, and used the paper for what it is worth…but for the interesting twists and ‘indignation’ in this piece, I thought, why I should not read/share it with you! As the way I read ‘reading between the lines’! So here I am reading with you all, with my usual communal rumblings thrown in.

He calls it “Our Con Artists”, taking a cue; let me call it as…

“Our Con Communists”.

For you to easily identify my rumblings I am using the ‘communal’ ink color, rest the Sita Ji is in black.

So the fun begins…

The hue and cry being raised by the BJP and other RSS tentacles (tentacles! Ok! Mean all those who vote for the BJP! Democratic rule no 1.either you are with us or against us! Typical Communist Style) over the issue of the stay of Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen in India is, indeed, the height of duplicity. Even Narendra Modi, (Chalo, second line and second word, and it is MODI!) who conducted the symphony of bloodshed in Gujarat in 2002, (Secularist will just not let wounds heal) has jumped on to this bandwagon by offering asylum and protection to Taslima in his state. This effort to project themselves as the champions of ‘freedom of expression’ does not even serve as a mask to conceal their true intention of seeking to sharpen communal polarisation through such a stand. (OH! Really! Sure you Sir?) Given the fact that some sections of Muslims (See the use of word ‘Muslims’…could not a section of society would have been better, Mr.Secularist? Communists, after all do not believe in any religion!) have taken offence to Taslima’s writings on Islam and the Prophet Mohammad, the BJP has sprung to her defence. Thus, they are seeking to reinforce their anti-Muslim stance and consequently consolidate the Hindu vote-bank. Nothing else can explain this sudden fondness for Taslima. (Extending the same logic Mr.Tele Communist admits that by making a ‘Pro Muslim ‘stand, they are consolidating their ‘Muslim Vote Bank’ the very same point I emphasized upon in my last post. This say all about the ‘secularism they practice, and yes nothing else explain the packing her (Taslima) off in the middle of night by his Party to the same ‘anti Muslim’ party ruled Rajasthan! HUH!)

The duplicity lies in the fact that the BJP and the saffron brigade continues with its relentless campaign to send ‘Bangladeshis’ back from the metros of Delhi and Mumbai. (And your party and Congress’s relentless efforts to ‘import’ as many Bangladeshi Muslims, cynically for votes alone…with ration cards ready at borders! Come on Mr.Yechury you neither need being a JNUite nor Duffer to understand all this…. Anyway it is not a rocket science to comprehend all this. BTW, Dear Sir, your party had opposed Mr. APJ. for reelection as the President, THE man who really deserved…. you remember? And this humble ‘blogger’ supported him for reelection and no thanks you bestowed us with ‘some one’ nation questioned.) In the process, many a genuine Indian citizen, who happens to be a Muslim (‘genuine’ Indians and only ‘Muslims!’ still secular are they!?) hailing from West Bengal, have been harassed and hounded. Further, further duplicity lies in their rabid intolerance of any artistic expression that they consider offensive to their (Mind the word ‘their’… oh Ho! Their=Hindus and ours =Muslims) religious sentiments. Over the last decade, there have been innumerable instances of brazen attacks on artists of a wide spectrum, the most infamous (really, give an example please Dear Comrade) of them being attacks against Indian painter, M.F. Husain. His house was vandalised, (concede d, the point, yes-vandalized right, I condemn that, but did they riot? Did they riot on streets like your friendly ‘friends’ did last week in Kolkatta or in Hyderabad? Show me one to believe SIR, I have already put one Video showing you the mirror) his paintings that sell in international auctions at phenomenal prices (as a friend of mine often express, OYE HOI! Acha JI! See this “ international auctions at phenomenal prices”) were destroyed, and court proceedings were initiated against him at various places. (Yes Dear Court proceedings… not riots on streets) The net result is that one of India’s illustrious sons is forced to live abroad virtually in exile. (Virtually! Why? He is a fugitive, if not then why does Mr. Sitaram Ji not invite him over and ask to face the courts!) The BJP spokesman in the Lok Sabha says, “Husain is welcome to come back and face charges… We don’t stop him from coming and facing the law.” (So! It is your Government-albeit supported from outside but… l leave that for the good ‘Doctor’ to say, or bring him back, better still gets him deported or arrested, as he is an absconder from law. Why not? Who stops you? If u can stall a deal which is in India’s interest and certainly not in China’s so such a vehement opposition, call and get him tried in court and get him freed! Why Not? After all, law applies to all equally. Mr. Malhotra might have said after reading me J check the time and date line)

and ask him to face what Everyone needs to both face and abide by the law. This is not the contentious issue. The same law of the land must also protect the life and properties of the concerned individual.(Since when Communists become interested in properties and concerned individuals… in the Nandigarm case… the infamous ‘salim’ group!) When these are violated with impunity by the saffron brigade, where is the protection? (But RED brigade GETS IMMUNITY! Right or Left? I reaffirm, ‘ no two wrongs make a right’. Right!)

The concert of noted Pakistani ghazal singer Ghulam Ali was disrupted in Mumbai. (Well could you please tell me why and why Lata was denied to perform in Pakiastan, till date?) artist’allowed in The shooting of Deepa Mehta’s film, Water, was sought to be prevented. Films like Parzania (all ready bared the truth in my earlier post called “Modi, Mody and Parzainia”) on the 2002 Gujarat carnage (Godhara?) or Fanaa are attacked. In fact, some filmmakers needed to take ‘permission’ for their films to be screened. (And none of them approached the competent courts had the case been so! Who is bigger, some Comrade or Courts? Speaks volumes of your courage) On May 19, 2007, justifying this attack, the BJP said: “Freedom of expression does not mean hurting religious sentiments.” Clearly, the saffron brigade does not accept the saying, ‘What is sauce for the goose is also sauce for the gander’. (Exactly! Did you not vehemently oppose then? And if BJP is opposing now, how does the sauce for the gander is also not sauce for the goose J?)

Mr. Marxist?) given the fact that law and order is a state subject under our Constitution. (So we witnessed when the CRPF was kept waiting, till some faithful CPI (Murderers) recaptured the ‘lost’ territory!)

The UPA government’s statement in Parliament on Wednesday has clearly indicated that Taslima would be permitted to stay in India subject, of course, to the usual conditions that she would “eschew political activities in India or any actions which may harm India’s relations with friendly countries.” (It should be applied to those as well who believe in Fatherland-not so friendly neighbor, after all) It is also expected that the guest “will refrain from activities and expressions that may hurt the sentiments of our people. (“Our people “! Muslims alone…read it so) For nearly three years, Taslima has been living in Kolkata and the West Bengal government has been providing her the required protection. (That exactly is my point. Why till NOW! HOW THE THINGS CHANGED POST NANDIGRAM!?)It is, therefore, not merely unjust and unfair to target the West Bengal government on this score but also an outright political attack to score points. Returning to Modi’s defence of Taslima, a report that appeared in the November 28 edition of this paper is both shocking and revealing. (Chalo aab Modi puran shru!)

Two survivors of the 2002 carnage (post Godhara, not a word for 56 Hindu men, women and children, who did not survive. sic!) have reportedly stated that they will vote for Modi “because I don’t know what Bajrang Dal will do to us if he is voted out”. (Now! What do you call this? If a Muslim (even if he wants to, genuinely) should not vote Modi in, lest he is branded as a ‘coward’ who is overawed by Modi!) This is Abdul Majid, who lost seven family members, including a daughter who was raped and killed and two sons who were burnt alive. The other survivor who echoes this sentiment is Khaliq Noor Mohammad Sheikh. Apart from losing his father and four uncles during Partition, he lost his wife and all five children in 2002. He tells the reporter, “You must have heard of Kausar Bi, the pregnant girl whose baby was ripped out of her. I am her father.” (My heart felt sympathizes with all those who lost their near and dear ones; including Sabarmati Express victims… at least I do not distinguish them as Hindus or Muslims. Period.)

This unfortunately confirms that Machiavelli and his discourses with the Prince suggesting diabolic ways to retain power continue to remain valid even today. One of his dictums was: First demonstrate to the people the worst that you are capable of (Like CPI (M) goons did in Nandigram). Then proceed not to repeat it (Send the CPI (M) cadres in, for recapturing the territory, in uniform, halting the CRPF in their tracks). The people will then heave a sigh of relief (after paying a compensation of Rs. 5000/= to 15000/= as in Nandigram to harvest their own paddy) and come to look upon you (CPI (M) as a benefactor (and yes only after u fly the Hammer and Sickle (well! Symbolic! Isn’t it?) RED FLAG over your burnt and looted Hut/hutments over what ever is left). Machiavelli probably did not know then that he would find in, (in CPI (M)) centuries later, an ardent and sincere disciple (more than) in Modi.

Those who in their overpowering desire to belittle (OH! Really! Why should I kill u when u are hell bent to commit suicide!), if not eliminate (well! Have you not been already?), the present influence of the Left in the country, (Pardon me saying SIR, a lame duck PM is not the country. Period. A country ruled by the UPA may be at your mercy but not this NATION, MIND YOU.) compare Nandigram with Gujarat are not only belittling the tragedy of the 2002 carnage but are, in fact, extending support to Modi and giving a degree of legitimacy to the communal carnage. The debate on Nandigram has taken place in Parliament (though you tried every trick in your book not to, despite that) and will continue for sometime to remain in public discourse. (Well, not because of you but despite of you) We have joined issue (did you really have an option but not to!) and there shall be opportunities to do so in the future as well (sure I look forward to. Why not start answering me first SIR!) Suffice to state here that one cannot afford to allow anti-communist prejudices to lead into positions of support to communal fascism. (But to Communist Stalinism. ergo!)

Those succumbing to such a proclivity must recollect what the German intellectual Pastor Neimoeller had said at the time of Nazi ascendancy:
