Your views on modi are aggerated and giving a sense of chamchagiri,calling BJP a party of mass workers is not suited to its idiology, and calling Congress as a party of single family, though it is a reality, but most suitable to the Indian masses thts why it has ruled India for more than 50 yrs.
Please deeply analyse the indian mentality they always prefer a single man or a family to be answerable,responsible to their great expectations and thts why the reagional parties headed by one person like Jaya lalita and Chandarababu Naidu and Chutala and Parkash Singh Badal are enjoyng the fruits of power at state levels but none of them is capable to head the Indian Masses at National level. It is only the Nehru/Gandhi family which has been succesfully enjoying the support of Indian Masses.So, wut is bad in it, even the BJP came to power at the behest of Atal Bihari Vajpayee(again a one man show) and only keeping in mind this pattern the BJP has again nominated Mr. Advani as its Prime Ministrial candidate.This is only a theory of parivaar including the Sangh Parivaar known to be the back bone of BJP.So, the philosphy of collective leadership has no meaning even in the eyes of BJP.
every party is a party of mass workers so why do BJP blames congress as a party of one family.

- My views on Modi are objective analysis of his work and appreciating him for the work successfully undertaken is ‘recognition’ not sycophancy.
It is true that the Gandhi family has ruled over India for the maximum time since independence… and that is the misfortune of India.
Gandhi family post Indira, lost the mandate it enjoyed. Even I , a strong critic of Gandhi Nehru dynasty admire Indira. Look at 84 when Rajiv was anointed as PM, elections held; post Indira’s assassination, riding the sympathy wave he got the ‘brute’ majority yet at several fronts he failed miserably and ultimately was rejected by the people in 89. Shah Bano, Bofors, Ram janam Shilaynas, Chezch pistol scandles….list is quite log.
In last general elections congress did not project Sonia as PM, had Congress announced her as PM candidate, they would not have got these many seats even. AND BTW, even Sita Ram Kesari had manged same no of seats when he was party president, and he was thrown out!
So much so for Gandhi’s charishma.
I mentioned in the same Modi post, that where ever Rahul went to campaign in Gujarat, congress lost all those seats to BJP by much higher margin.
Now, regional parties are ‘family pvt ltd companies’. And yes they have been in power in many states, so is the Congress, and that is the tragedy.
If at all there are any genuine mass or cadre based parties, then these are Communists Parties and BJP alone.
Yes NDA did fight electio under the leader ship of Shri Atal ji, but mind it Atal ji or Advani now or Modi in Gujarat or vasundhra raje in Rajasthan, did not become automatic leaders by their virtue of ‘descendent’s’ of a particular ‘jean pool’ NO. Each of them started as an ordinary worker and through their work reached where they are.
You mentioned about Sangh Parivaar, yet accuse about lack of collective leadership? you contradicts self.
As about congress being a party of mass workers,
do read, what you wrote above,”It is only the Nehru/Gandhi family…”. That is exactly what congressmen/women/babas and babes think and follow. It is the attitude of Congress fellows that they would sing paeans in praise of Rahul (not so young any more and untested), but would humiliate the mortal remains of great P V Narsimah Rao by not allowing his dead body to enter Congress HQ.

I enjoyed your blog and would like to subscribe your blogs. CNN-IBN is psudo-secular and always try to malign hindu leader and heads. Recent Asaram Bapu case where they literally aired the news which is false and without any evidence. They incite the people against Ashram and caused the riots. There is no evidence to prove any allegations and police is doing his investigation. But they branded ashram as villan and asked Govt. to shut down the ashram. They are continuing to do this. Can’t we stop him to do this. They are dividing the society and degrading our hindu culture.
Time has came to be united and fight against this Xchian sponsored media channels.

Dr. Hemant, solution to Kashmir is only possible if and when the ‘political class’ show some spine. To start with even attempting to, find a way, we will have to throw out and discard the ‘type of secularism’ being practiced.
As long as we have these sort of ’secular fundamentalist’ like the ones who are ruling now, no solution is possible.
Kashmir problem it self is a creation of one ‘Secularist Chacha Ji’ , whose ‘dhimitised secularism’ is has now been perfected and practiced by the ’secular parties’ for few votes more. Often at the cost of Nation.

As you clearly implied in many of your posts, if there’s one thing more dangerous than a lie, its the half truth.
The day is not far when prudent Indians will stop subscribing to News channels and newspaper because there is a limit for every thing right? I am so glad, blogs are becoming the shoutboxes where people actually speak truth!!

What does an Indian means to you, if it means mixture of different communities then sorry! I think you are wrong. US is way up in the ranks in that field of people living in communal harmony. India should have some uniqueness after that what gives its people pride. Land is Mother, and only the Hindus will accept this notion. The other community has been fatwarized not to call the country a motherland, since that contradicts with their ideology. The Bharat has its identity through Hinduism and nothing else and if someone shows me the tomb of a dead queen (TAJ Mahal) and says this is India, I say its an eye sore. I never liked that structure really, its just a white building. This land has already been partitioned to make homes for our ruthless, barbaric conquerors and the little that is left is losing its identity in the road to secularism. M. Ali Jinnah himself said it, Hinduo ka Hindustan and —— ka pakistan. If I am indian and not a Hindu what is the difference is there between me and a communist insulting our holy saints. If someone say Development and not religion I say religion is for development. If there is no God, then there should be respect for no one and nothing. Why should there be the good and bad holds no values in such godless rational world. Ideology prevails and make people socially stable and thus comes development, I don’t understand your statement Sir, you also said I wear “communal ism on sleeves” I apologies for and if I have made any bad comments you are to be respected.
