1. Firstly Achieve clarity of issue.
Is the Navigation channel in the interest of the country?
For judging this we must examine whether the people of this country stand to benefit. If it is to the benefit of the masses of this country then it is Good and I am sure if Ram was alive now he would not object to it. It is what the epic says about the character of Ram
2. Secondly, get the alignment right.
If the Channel is accepted as being good for the people of India, Then what should be its alignment?
This is purely technical issue and requires to be done with minimal damage to nature, at least Ram would have desired it that way.
3. Thirdly, we are free to express our own opinion as that of Ram, as long as it benifits us, people of India be damned!!

Ramsethu Controversy in TN is mainly to earn Minority votes .
Vote bank politics play,since minorities(so called minorities) are very much concern about their caste and religion.Not like Hindus,that is why political parties are dividing Hindu soceity into castes.
At any cost our Hindus should protect Ramsethu.
communists,mail culprit like TN CM and congress opposing Babri Masjid destruction but they want Hindu Ramsethu to be demolished.
People should teach lesson to these people.
2)Secondly , Karunanithi has inagurated Hognekkal water and power scheme for Dharmapuri and Krishnapuri districts.It is the most selfish project, where is the population of these districts?, since the population of krishnagiri and Dharmapuri district have already migrated to Bangalore for Jobs.
First provide Drinking water to Bangalore then you an send the water to TN.Being a Tamil Brahamin i feel ashame how he can go like this scheme, without minding Tamils settled in Bangalore, even his daughter Tamilselvi is in Bangalore.
Please do not send water to Tamilnadu, first take care of Bangalore drinking water problem.Kannadigs should not be generous in this matter and we must behave like TN Politicians, like selfish minded.

i am ashame, that tamil people are ruled by the other state people, Mr.periyar(Telugu),Mr.Annadurai(telugu), Mr.karunanidhi(telugu),Mr.M.G.Ramachandran(kerala),Ms.Jayalalitha(karnataka),now vijaykant(Telugu). Where is the tamil people, why we r leaving them to rule us.

Tamils and Telugus cannot be differentiated, because of Black color.Those who have born as black is regarded as Tamils in TN.The color differentiation is only the main cause of Dravidan movement.That time Tamil brahamins are also white like north indians,now they have become poor people.
All the average Tamils have now become rich because of DMK, ADMKTamil oriented party)Really they worked for welfate of tamils.But their AntiHindu statement is only condemanable.

What is the plight in Tamilnadu, for the last 50 years dravidan parties are preaching people that Brahamins are not Tamils, they are North indian people.since Dravidan origion people are Black color people.It has injected into dravidan mind, hence they are not helping brahamins, wheras accorfing to DMK , Urdu speaking people are Tamils and they are BC status apart from this 7% reservation for Muslims and christines and the main distress is , Hindi speaking people are not Tamils, Brahamins are not Tamils,.
This shows TN govt is purely Anti-Hindu govt and openly supports muslims and christines.
You analyse the logic and tell your heart whether it is correct or not in our Motherland.

we understood Mr. venkat iyer feelings, but u should not tell them(karnataka or other state people) to leave water to us(tamilnadu). has a tamil people u know the problems we r facing for water.
one thing we shouldnot forget that while raining season they opening the water in excess(if not it will affect the their city very seriously). and we r not asking the whole water, just asking them to look over the neighbours problems and feelings.
Now Urdu is going to be made a compulsory language in Muslim schools across Tamilnadu. Many of Urdu castes in reserved category already dont speak Tamil, but being treated like Tamils.

6)Launch of Isaiyaruvi channel where presenters dont even speak proper Tamil; they have beaten Sun Music in Thamingalam.
7)Allowing Hindi imposition in CBSE schools while Northerners skipping Tamil altogether.

8)Children’s books in Tamil language have only English fruit/vegetable names written in Tamil and not Tamil words (again see Kannada books for children as comparison)
9)Broken promise of Tamil/bilingual engineering and adv course (no 1 reason of Tamil medium student suicides)
10)Use of Thamizh thaai vaazhthu with deleted and modified line and not original (note: High court case has been filed).
11)DMK treats FC Tamils as non-Tamils; hits outs as them being non-Tamil or “enemies of Tamil” while treating Urdu and Hindi castes as Tamils in the OBC reservation policy. DMK has made Urdu as compulsory language in Muslim schools.

hi ….. i am from tamilnadu… i have many doubts in this.. it has been said that dravidians are the people who have a long history than any body else in india… but in ramayan it is told that some monkeys were ruling tamilnadu ….. whom it is refering as monkeys…. we people have mariamman and karupasami(saviour god) in each and every village and i strongly believe these as our own gods.. even if ramayana has really occured we dont need to have the sethu bridge as an bad remembrance of an epic which is calling us as monkeys…even if we think it in otherway… my granpa built an house which is now demolished by me for my convenience .. thatshow this issue should be taken
This is wrt to the comment “TN GOVERNMENT IS ANTI TAMIL”. I do not think this is so. The TN government is anti India and also anti Hindu.
