Of Course! I did.
Hello Friends! How are you all? I hope and pray to find you all in pink of health and enjoying life…as it comes.
Many of you would be wondering, where this man has gone! Well! I was around yet so far.
I had been traveling across the great country we live in.Courtsey, my Clients (leading MNC – I once had served with for Ten years).I traveled across
India right from Amritsar to Kochi and Baroda to Guwahati. Meeting some more friends and many of those whose names I could recall but not recognized, since it has been long gap of some ten to fifteen years.
As I had said earlier March-April are two very crucial months. And Thanks God (touch wood) the financial year of 2006-2007 had been very kind and rewarding. On personal front too the March brought good news…kids scored once again in Nineties, wife got the well deserved promotion… and self ended with some more new contracts and barring one retained almost all the ‘existing’ clients with renewed contracts.
On blogsphere, I met so many online friends and blessed with their love and affection. Many of you are my family members, just as my own family. I found younger and elder friends.Happiely associated my relations as a Brother /Sister/Friend/Philosopher and guide.
Where ever I had been, the moment I reached there remembered each one of you. In Chennai…Meena Sunder; In Bangalore…Sahiti; in Jallandar … Shabidaka; in Kochi…Hindu Icon; Mumbai…Munna and especially was reminded of Dilip when I landed at Thriuvanatpuram.I missed you all.
This time I just could not keep up with meeting you friends as the schedule was finalized by the company, and it was so tight. Making all those PowerPoint presentations all day and evenings spent with your ex-colleagues over drinks does not really give time to blog even if you wanted to.
Anyway! I am back and with ‘’bag’ full of experiences to share with you all. Some of them are quite interesting and enlightening too. AM, I not looking forward to share it with you? Watch the space.
Mean while…
It has been long since I wrote my last post-unfortunately, as I said then, the death of BOB turned out to be murder. It is unfortunate that his body is still lying in a morgue at
West Indies. Bob was murdered on 18th. Of March and I had argued against “Heart Stroke” and “Suicide” theories on my last post on 19th,given a time gap…just as soon as I heard the news then. Some thing in me…. “Sixth sense” or … “intuition”…. Nay [!] ….Pakistani Connection was a point of ‘reference’ for me to come to that conclusion. And as subsequent things followed my initial ‘suspicion’ has only grown stronger. Murder of BOB (as the investigation has unfolded) is not just an ‘another’ murder. There is more to it. I love watching cricket (though object to it being described as a ‘religion’ and cricketers as ‘Demi Gods’) .Truth behind Bob’s Murder, needs to be investigated and reached to its ‘logical’ conclusion. Only if we could achieve it…deserve to call the followers of cricket.
Shall keep on meeting,
More Frequently, Now On…
Prudent Indian
Kudos! PI,
Your assessment about the BOB’s death is right to the very last word.i was skeptical about it in your last post but as the events have turned out,you were right.
It is really shameful that a person (servant of cricket) meets his end is such a gory way.Really a sad day of cricket.
It is really sad that Bob’s body is lying in a morgue since then.At least this much we so called “cricket loving people” can do for the man.A decent Funeral.Last i heard is that the one Cop who was investigating murder has taken a leave is spending ‘holiday’ in London! What a cruel joke!
